Branding / Creative Session

She exceeded our expectations by monitoring the weather to ensure appropriate conditions, scouting multiple locations, and preparing an alternate site in case of rain. She demonstrated remarkable patience and was both accommodating and considerate of our parents health needs – ensuring seating was available for rest and arranging the photo order to allow brief breaks for our older family members.Due to the unpredictable weather conditions, Amanda remained in close communication with me from mid-morning until our 4:45 session. She monitored multiple weather sources to ensure we had the most accurate, up-to-date information. As a contingency plan, she identified an alternate location in case of rain and offered to reschedule the session if I preferred. She found the exact setting I had envisioned for our extended family photos,

and the results were absolutely phenomenal. The most difficult part was choosing which images to display in our home

FAQ

01. How many photos will we receive?

For my regular packages, there's no limit of images you'll receive. These are set up to include all the best images captured during our time together. I average 50 fully edited, high-resolution images/hour for sessions,, but you're guaranteed to get all the best images captured during your session's time.

For mini sessions, there is a limit of images you'll receieve, as those sessions are typically 15 min sessions, max, and are tailored to those wanting a select few images for a special occasion, such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, & Christmas, etc. If you love the entire gallery, there's always an option to purchase more images for a reduced price, which is a hit with my clients! 02. how should we dress for our family/friends/extended family session?

You'll want to wear complimentary, but not matching, colors for your session. I'll send you my style guide to give you a suggested starting point & then I'll assist with styling suggestions: incorporating colors that just naturally work well together while adding in patterns & textures. We'll discuss your wardrobe options & recommendations in detail once you book your session!

03. What's your most common packages?

Most portrait sessions choose 1 hour sessions, which allow us more time for creative portraits, as a 2nd outfit change if desired & several backgrounds at one location. It really depends on the subjects & your desires for the session, & we'll chat about that to help you select what's best for you!

My 8 Hour wedding package is my most booked package, but I'm always willing to talk you through this, to go over sample timelines with you, and to tailor a package to meet your needs!

No matter what package you select, I'll be a workhorse the entire time, assuring I'm capturing all I can to give you a diverse gallery!

04. yeah, well we don't feel comfortable in front of the camera - like at all...

I hear this often, but I've never had an experience where I could agree after the session. I don't love pose & click photography & I don't want you feeling or acting awkward - unless we're doing a JC Penney style photoshoot (which I've done, loved, & want to do again)! I work to get to know you before the session, so that I can understand how best to serve you. That being said, we'll get those portraits mom & dad will want of you, with your eyes on the camera, but I'll prompt you to move naturally, displaying moments between you & those you love that I'll use to tell your story. We'll freeze those moments you'll cherish for generations to come. I'll pull through on all the things needed - I'll bend over backwards - to help you focus on your story or each other - not that camera.
