Jessee & I've been married
24 years now & these beautiful people are evidence of God's grace & mercy on us! We're not the ones claiming marriage is easy; we keep it real & tell you that we've had to walk away from relationships, surrender our strong wills to the Lord's, & fight for our marriage - on repeat. We've had to reject the lies of the world & choose to stay, love, & forgive. So, stay on your knees & trust God's direction along the - sometimes extremely isolating - journey. Although our story isn't perfect, it's beautiful, just like yours.
After opening our auto repair shop in 2009, I left my full time Dental Hygiene job to be a stay at home mom to my littles for years: the very best years. Although I'd studied photography in high school & college, I didn't fully dive in until after my kids were approaching adulthood, when I needed to be inspired more than ever. Picking up my camera to capture services at Freeway Ministries soon flamed a spark into a blazing fire; it was poetry in action & it gave me the inspiration to jump in - all in - & keep investing in education, gear, the talent
God's trusted me with!
